Native Hedging Packs
Farm hedging tends to be the traditional hedgerow seen all over the countryside and stretching for miles. The species are usually native types and predominantly hawthorn.
TreesPlease offer plants of your choice, sold as individual species or the option to purchase plants in the form of a hedge pack. In the hedge packs, the species and proportions are pre-determined. We have three different hedge packs available, a 10 metre pack, a 50 metre pack and a 100 metre pack. Each pack is available to purchase with various hedging guard and cane options.
Rough species mix for each pack includes:
- 70% Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna)
- 20% Blackthorn (Prunus spinosa)
- 10% mix of Hazel (Corylus avellana), Field Maple (Acer campestre) , Crab Apple (Malus sylvestris), Dog Rose (Rosa canina)
Each pack will contain 6 plants/metre

All plants supplied are bare root, available to purchase from November to April.
All accessories such as canes and wraps/tubes are available to purchase throughout the year.

Minimum order quantity is in multiples of 10’s.
